Ingredients

(2 glasses)

  • 1 medium or large ripe mango, peeled, chopped and frozen
  • 1 cup washed strawberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 piece fresh turmeric
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 pinch black pepper

This delicious smoothie is full of antioxidants and ingredients rich in vitamins to help accelerate the detoxing process. Besides, by adding coconut oil and black pepper, we can make the most of the anti-inflammatory benefits of turmeric.

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend well, until smooth.

If you like it very cold, you can previously freeze the strawberries or add ice and/or chill the cup of water. Be careful with the ice and frozen mango in your blender! Blend little by little.
