Salmon with berry sauce

  • 14 oz salmon
  • 3.5 oz strawberries
  • 2 oz blueberries
  • 1.5 oz rough bindweed fruit


Cook the salmon with olive oil in a pan until golden. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Chop the strawberries and blueberries and heat in a wok until reduced, add a teaspoon of sugar. Once you obtain a liquid sauce, serve hot with the salmon.

Finally, decorate the salmon and berry sauce with strawberries, blueberries, and rough bindweed fruit.
