  • 2 lb rose meat
  • 3.5 oz mantecoso cheese
  • 7 oz strawberries

Grate the cheese and slice the strawberries, set aside. Put the rose meat over the hot grill, when it starts seeping juice on the side and is brown, turn over and cook for 5 more minutes. Then add the cheese and strawberries. When the cheese starts to melt, remove the rose meat from the grill and dice it. Assemble on a plate with cocktail picks to enjoy a different appetizer with a special flavor.
