  • 7 oz blackberries
  • 7 oz raspberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 4 tbsp sugar


  • 4 oranges, washed and sliced
  • 1 cucumber, fine slices of skin only
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 1 cup ginger ale
  • 1 ½ cup vodka
  • 8 mint sprigs


Mix the raspberries and blackberries, juice, ginger, and sugar in a blender until smooth. Pour into lollipop molds or small plastic glasses, insert lollipop sticks, and freeze for 4 hours or overnight until solid.

In a cocktail shaker, add the lemonade, ginger ale, and vodka, and shake well so that the cocktail is completely cold.
To serve, first place the orange slices, cucumber slices, strawberries, and a berry ice cream lollipop in each cup. Then pour the cocktail on the berry lollipop, and enjoy a refreshing summer cocktail.
