Ingredients

  • 9 oz strawberries
  • 4.5 oz allulose (if you want it sweeter, you can add more sweetener, since the strawberries may not be too
  • sweet, but always add the allulose little by little)
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

Don’t use water

Cut the strawberries in 4, add the lemon zest.

Boil until obtaining the desired texture.
