Vanilla ice cream for ½ liter

  • 1 ½ cup skim milk
  • ½ cup light cream
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 vanilla pod
  • ½ cup stevia

Diet berry syrup:

  • 2 cups Hortifrut frozen mixed berries
  • 4 tbsp stevia
  • ½ unflavored gelatin sheet dissolved in ½ cup water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice



Boil the milk, cream, and vanilla pod in a pot, then take off the heat.
Allow to cool and strain.
Beat the yolks with the stevia until obtaining a pale mixture.
Add the milk mixture to the egg yolks and bring to low heat until it starts to thicken.
Allow to cool in the fridge, and put in your ice cream maker.

Diet berry syrup:
Heat all the ingredients over medium heat until they come to a boil.
Allow to cool and store in the fridge.
