  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp kefir or coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp ketofiber
  • 1 cup allulose
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Lemon zest
  • Blueberries and raspberries


Preheat the oven to 360°F. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl and set aside. In a different bowl, beat the eggs for about 5 minutes until fluffy. Add vanilla extract and coconut oil. Then add the dry ingredients and lemon zest mixture little by little.
Put in a baking pan with parchment paper.

Add blueberries and raspberries, bake in the oven at medium temperature for 40 minutes, and voilà!
