Sugar-free peanut butter:

  • 7 oz unsalted toasted peanuts
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp stevia


  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 5 tbsp peanut butter (sugar-free)
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • Peanuts and blueberries for decoration


For the peanut butter:
Put the peanut in a food processor and grind to a paste. Then add the honey, stevia, and coconut oil. Blend again until everything is well combined.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl, add the peanut butter and honey. Stir with a spoon until blending all ingredients.

Mix in the milk little by little until obtaining a smooth and easy-to-handle dough.

Form the cookies with your hands, giving them the desired shape, and place them in an oven tray with a baking sheet. Put 2 blueberries and 2 peanuts on each cookie.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Allow to cool and serve.
