Sugar-free chocolate muffin with cherries

  • 3/4 cup cherries, pitted
  • 1/2 cup tagatose
  • 8 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 natural yogurts
  • 1 ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 ½ cup oat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup dark cocoa powder


Mix the oil, eggs and tagatose using a mixer. Once well mixed, add the yogurts and vanilla extract.

Add the flours, baking powder and cocoa powder, mix well and when the mixture is smooth, add the cherries. Mix again.

Put the dough in individual molds or muffin cups, hopefully filling them with a pastry bag.

Bake in the preheated oven at 360°F for 20 minutes or until, when inserting a toothpick, it comes out clean.
