  • 5 oz flour
  • 4 egg yolks


  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 oz garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 7 oz parsley
  • 5 oz shrimp
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 oz strawberries
  • 1 oz flour
  • 1 oz butter
  • 2/3 cup liquid cream
  • 1/5 white wine



Make a fresh pasta dough with the flour and yolks. Make a smooth dough and set aside.

Put the dough through a pasta machine and cut fettuccini.

Leave to dry.

For the sauce, sauté the shrimp and garlic in olive oil with salt and pepper.

Remove the shrimp and add butter, flour, and broth to the same pan.

Add white wine, cream, and Hortifrut strawberries, and then return the shrimp to the pan. This will be ready to put over the cooked pasta.

Cook the pasta in boiling water for 2 minutes and it will be ready to put on a plate, and add parsley as a finishing touch.

Decorate with Hortifrut strawberries.
