Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp curry paste (bafat) *spicy
  • 1 dash sesame oil
  • ½ onion
  • Black pepper
  • ½ green bell pepper
  • ¼ pineapple
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries

Preparation

Dice the chicken into big cubes, hopefully evenly sized, season with salt and pepper, add a dash of sesame oil and the two tablespoons of curry.

Knead so that the dressing spreads evenly and put in a bowl.

Cover with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for 2 hours.

Before assembling the skewers, put the sticks in water to prevent them from burning.

Dice the onion and bell pepper, and slice the pineapple into thick slices.

To assemble the skewers, use the following order: onion, chicken, bell pepper, pineapple, blueberry, onion, chicken, bell pepper, pineapple, blueberry, chicken, blueberry, or you can assemble it as you wish.

Cook the skewers on the grill or a hot pan with oil. It is important to let them brown on all sides.
