SHRIMP PIL PIL WITH BERRIES

Ingredients

  • 1.3 lb Ecuadorian shrimp, 36/40
  • 6.7 fl oz olive oil
  • 3.5 oz butter
  • 1 oz goat horn pepper
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1.7 fl oz white wine
  • 1 oz physalis
  • 0.7 oz blueberries
  • 0.7 oz cherries
  • 0.2 oz rough bindweed fruit
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Rinse the shrimp and set aside.

Cut the goat horn pepper and garlic in rings, slice the strawberries and cut the rest of the berries in halves.

Heat the oil and butter in a wok and add garlic, goat horn pepper and the rest of the ingredients to the pan once hot. Sauté for a minute and add the shrimp. Add salt and pepper, cool with white wine and, once the shrimp are red in color, remove and serve.
