Ingredients

  • 1 fl oz orange juice
  • 3 cherries
  • 2.4 fl oz cold sparkling wine

Preparation

  1. Pit the cherries and mash with a fork or food processor until obtaining a puree.
  2. Pour the cherry puree in a wineglass, then add orange juice, mix and finish with sparkling wine when serving.
