Lower layer:

  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup pure coconut water

Upper layer:

  • ½ cup mango
  • ½ cup peaches
  • ½ cup pure coconut water

Prepare the lower layer putting strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and coconut water in a blender. If you choose using honey, add it in this step.

Mix until soft, pour in a tall glass, and leave in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the upper layer by putting mango, peach, and coconut water in the blender; previously washed so as not to mix the colors.

Mix until soft.

Take the lower layer from the freezer and softly pour the mango mixture over the berry mixture.
