Cabbage and pomegranate salad

  • 1/2 cabbage
  • 7 oz white cheese
  • 1 handful of golden raisins
  • 7 oz pomegranate arils
  • 3.5 oz shelled walnuts

For the bittersweet vinaigrette:

  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • A pinch of salt

8 servings


Wash and julienne the cabbage (thin strips). Strain and put in a salad bowl.

Dice the cheese and chop the walnuts.

Mix everything with the cabbage and add the raisins.

For the vinaigrette, put all the ingredients in a cup and mix everything until the honey and salt have dissolved.

Add to the cabbage and mix everything well.
