Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 7 oz white cheese
  • 6 basil leaves
  • 5.5 oz pomegranate arils
  • 2 cups mixed lettuce greens
  • Oil and balsamic vinegar to taste

Preparation

Dice the white cheese into small cubes.

Mince the basil.

Mix the white cheese cubes, pomegranate, and basil. Season to taste and set aside.

Peel the avocado, cut it in half, and remove the pit.

To assemble the plate, first arrange a layer of lettuce greens, then the avocado filled with the white cheese and pomegranate mixture.
