Rinse and dry the mixed greens, arrange them in a salad bowl and add the rough bindweed fruits one by one, chopped walnuts, and diced avocado.
For the dressing, microwave the blue cheese for 30 seconds to make it soft, then add the yoghurt, lemon, vinegar, and olive oil, emulsify well, and pour on the mixed greens at the moment of serving.
