Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fusilli whole wheat pasta (cooked)
  • 1 cup hydroponic lettuce
  • 7 oz chicken breast
  • 1/2 pear
  • 3 tbsp pomegranate arils
  • 2 tbsp blue cheese
  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • Olive oil, salt and lemon to taste

Preparation

Grill the chicken breast with salt and pepper to taste on a pan and set aside.

Wash the lettuce and cut into large chunks.

Cut the chicken into small pieces.

Cut the pear into thin wedges.

Put the pasta and lettuce in a bowl, then add shredded blue cheese, pomegranate and walnuts.

Season with olive oil, salt, lemon, and serve.
