Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz baby spinach
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Rinse the spinach and cut off the stems. Slice the strawberries. Chop the bacon into squares and sauté in a pan until crunchy. For the dressing, mix the olive oil with mustard and balsamic vinegar, and blend well.
