Ingredients

  • 1 peach, peeled and cut
  • Brie cheese, diced
  • 5 rolls of serrano ham
  • ¼ cup blackberries
  • 5 baby spinach leaves
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 6-8 pansies (edible flowers)

Vinaigrette:

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 2 mint leaves, minced
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Wash and dry the mixed greens and put in a salad bowl along with the peach pieces, cheese, serrano ham, blackberries and pansies.

For the dressing, mix all the ingredients to blend everything. Add salt and pepper to taste.
