  • 6.7 fl oz whipping cream
  • 5 tsp coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3.5 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 6 tsp allulose
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Put the cream and allulose in a bowl and beat for a few minutes with an electric mixer until it gains consistency.

Add the cream cheese, Greek yogurt and coconut milk little by little, and beat until smooth.

Finish with the lemon juice, vanilla extract, and then unfrozen blueberries.

Put in the freezer for 3 hours. Take out and decorate with blueberries! And voilà!
