(6 to 8 servings)

  • 9 oz dates, soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes
  • 1 oz peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds and 3 tbsp water (to replace the egg)
  • 0.9 oz sugar-free dark cocoa
  • 0.7 oz almond flour
  • 3 oz blueberries
  • 1.6 oz chocolate chips (70% cacao)
  • 1 oz walnuts


  1. In a food processor, grind the dates, previously soaked and strained. Add the peanut butter and continue grinding until smooth.
  2. Mix the chia seeds with water and allow to sit for 15 minutes before using.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cocoa, flour, half of the chocolate chips and half of the blueberries. Then add the date mixture and chia seeds and stir well.
  4. Pour the mixture into an oven dish (about 3×6 inches or a bit bigger), previously oiled (you can also use parchment paper). On the mixture, spread the remaining chips, walnuts and blueberries.
  5. Bake at 320°F for 30 minutes. Allow to cool and then slice to the desired size.
