Strawberry and pastrami salad

  • 5 oz mixed greens (can be lettuce, arugula, cress, mizuna, whatever you want)
  • 5 oz pastrami
  • 5 oz fresh strawberries
  • 5 oz Roquefort cheese

For the dressing:

  • 7 fl oz lemon juice
  • 4 fl oz olive oil
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper


Prepare the dressing by putting all the ingredients in a jar, and blend in a food processor or blender until smooth.

Then put the base of mixed greens in a bowl and sliced strawberries on top. Add the shredded Roquefort cheese and, lastly, the pastrami.

Add dressing to taste before serving.

*The dressing can be refrigerated for a month.
