Grilled peach salad

  • Olive oil
  • 3 nectarines
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Mixed greens
  • 1 package blackberries
  • Balsamic vinegar reduction
  • 1 cup basil
  • 1 cup shaved parmesan cheese
  • 10 slices serrano ham


Pour some olive oil on a hot grill. Cut the nectarines in halves and grill them facing down until slightly brown. Flip them and add olive oil, salt and pepper. Remove from the grill.

Arrange a bed of mixed greens in a bowl.

Add a touch of olive oil, balsamic vinegar reduction, salt and pepper to taste.

Add blackberries, cheese, ham, and stir.

Put the grilled nectarines over the salad.

Finish with balsamic vinegar reduction.
