  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 5 oz softened butter
  • 1 egg


  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • Raspberry jam
  • ¾ cup raspberries
  • 2 tbsp honey


  • 4 tbsp quinoa puffs
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp unsalted peanuts


For the filling:
Mix the strawberries with the cornstarch and sugar. Set aside.

For the jam:
Put the raspberries and honey in a small pot, and boil for 3 minutes.

For the dough:
Process all the ingredients until obtaining a mixture that can be put together by hand (wet sand-like) Pour the prepared mixture on the bottom of a square 8-inch baking pan with a baking sheet on the bottom and sides. Preheat the oven to 350°F, and bake for 20 minutes.

For the topping:
Mix the quinoa puffs with honey and butter.

Remove the dough from the oven, spread the raspberry jam and sliced strawberries, and add some quinoa puff mixture. Scatter the peanuts evenly on the surface. Do not cover the bars completely, the strawberries must remain visible.

Bake for 10 minutes or until the top is golden. Allow to cool, remove from the pan, and cut into about 3×1-inch rectangles.
