Sugar-free Dates and blueberry truffles

  • 7 oz dates, pitted
  • 3 oz almonds, whole and peeled
  • 2 oz shelled walnuts
  • 3 oz blueberries


Put the walnuts and almonds in a food processor and grind until there are only crumbs. Then add the blueberries and dates. Grind again until obtaining a paste.

Make small balls with the paste and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

*If you wish, you can add cocoa powder and mix it in along with the blueberries and dates.
