Put the chia seeds, coconut concentrate, water, lemon juice and allulose in a bowl.
Stir all the ingredients and wait 15 minutes until the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid.
Once it gains consistency, add Greek yogurt on top of the chia and decorate with coconut flakes (they give an incredible texture to the pudding), raspberry jam, lemon zest and seeds. And voilà! Breakfast is ready!
