For the dough:
Mix the different types of flour with melted butter and put in the mold. Bake at low temperature for 20 minutes. Let it sit.
For the filling:
Blend the rest of the ingredients in a blender with the previously dissolved gelatin. After that, pour the mixture over the crust and put in the fridge until firm, or in the freezer if you prefer it to have the consistency of ice cream cake. Decorate!
