  • 2 lb Hortifrut frozen mixed berries
  • 10.5 oz fresh Hortifrut strawberries
  • 5 packages vanilla cream sandwich cookies
  • Cream cheese
  • 2 lb condensed milk caramel
  • Chocolate for decoration


Mix the cream cheese with the condensed milk caramel until obtaining a firm paste, chop the cookies into small pieces, and pour the frozen Hortifrut mixed berries into a bowl.

In a cake dish, add a base of chopped cookies, well distributed, and pour the condensed milk caramel with cheese evenly, then add a layer of mixed berries. Repeat the sequence until you have a cake with at least 3 layers.

To decorate, grate some chocolate over the last layer of berries, arrange some strawberry slices, and enjoy!
