Ingredients

Coconut layer:

  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp raw cane sugar or bee honey

Purple layer:

  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp raw cane sugar
  • 1 cup blueberries or blackberries

Pink layer:

  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp raw cane sugar
  • 1 cup strawberries or raspberries

Optional

  • ? cup granola

Preparation

Put all the ingredients for the coconut layer in a blender and blend until the honey or raw cane sugar has dissolved, then put the mixture in a bowl.

Then put all the ingredients for the pink layer in the blender and blend until the mixture is smooth. Put in a different bowl.

Repeat the process with the ingredients for the purple layer and set aside.

Pour into popsicle molds by alternating the 3 layers, then use a popsicle stick or spoon and stir slightly to mix the flavors. Lastly, add a bit of granola to each mold.

Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze until firm.
