Ingredients

  • 6 cups celery sticks
  • ½ cup pomegranate arils
  • 1 diced avocado 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Dressing:

  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

For the dressing, mix all the ingredients. Set aside.

Assemble all the ingredients but the walnuts in a bowl.

Dress at the moment of serving and decorate with walnuts.
