Broccoli and Strawberry Cream

  • 1 broccoli
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup cream

Remove the broccoli stem and cut the broccoli into 4 parts. Cook in the chicken broth until soft, for about 8 minutes since it boils.

Then, add the cooked broccoli to the blender with the chicken broth, and blend well.

Transfer the mixture to a saucepan, add the cup of milk, sliced strawberries, salt and pepper to taste. Boil for 3 minutes.

Turn off the heat and add the ½ cup of cream. Serve.
