Ingredients

(3-4 servings)

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk (whole, skim or plant-based)
  • 2 tbsp sugar (or honey)
  • 3.5 oz whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup berries (raspberries, blackberries and blueberries)
  • Butter for the pan

For serving:

  • Bee honey or agave syrup to taste
  • Additional berries

Preparation

Beat the eggs in a bowl until foamy, add granulated sugar and keep beating until the crystals dissolve.

Then, without beating, mix in the milk and sifted whole wheat flour, and finish by incorporating the berries.

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and once melted, pour some spoonfuls of the batter (the size you prefer), taking care not to place them too close so they do not stick together.

When the pancakes are slightly brown, flip and cook on the other side until brown.

Remove from the pan and set aside until serving.

Serve with some fresh berries and bee honey. You can also add some natural yogurt.

 

* You can prepare them beforehand and just warm them up when serving.
