(5 large muffins, 8 small muffins)
Blend the banana with a hand blender until obtaining a purée.
Beat the oil and butter, then add cinnamon and vanilla extract, mixing well.
Add the flour and baking powder, mix well, and lastly add the banana purée. Mix well and incorporate the pomegranate arils using your hands.
Distribute in the previously oiled muffin molds and put in the preheated oven at 340°F. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Take out of the oven, unmold while warm, and serve.
