Strawberry Mousse

  • 9 oz Hortifrut strawberries
  • 3 egg whites
  • 5.5 oz cream
  • 1 envelope of gelatin
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup Hortifrut strawberries for decoration
  • 6 chocolate cookies
  • 6 tsp strawberry jam
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream

Step 1:
Place the Hortifrut strawberries in the blender until obtaining fruit pulp.

Step 2:
Beat the egg whites until they form soft peaks and mix with the strawberry pulp in folding motion. Whip the cream for three minutes and add it to the previous mixture. Hydrate the gelatin. Melt the gelatin in the microwave for 15 seconds. Mix the gelatin with a teaspoon of the mousse mixture. Add the gelatin mixture to the total mixture.

Step 3:
Mix everything in folding motion until smooth. For the assembly, first fill ¾ of the glass with mousse, then grind the cookies with your hands and add to the glasses, pour the teaspoon of jam, diced strawberries, and whipped cream for decoration.
