Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp baking powder

For the filling:

  • 1 small package cream
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Preparation

Mix the ingredients and form a dough with your hands, put in a buttered mold, add raspberries and then the cream mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven at 390°F.
