Ingredients

(2 units)

  • ½ cup strawberries and raspberries
  • Lemon juice (a few drops)
  • 1 tbsp whole cane sugar or bee honey
  • 2 pieces of puff pastry bread (croissant)
  • Cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Dice the strawberries and mix with raspberries, sugar and lemon juice drops.

Allow the mixture to set for al least 30 minutes.

Then open a piece of puff pastry bread and add cream cheese, tenderized strawberries and raspberries, salt and pepper.
