Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 3/4 oz passion fruit pulp
  • 6 raspberries
  • 1 g (1/4 tsp) cardamom
  • 2 fl oz tonic water

Preparation

Cool a cognac glass by running an ice cube on its inside, removing the excess water at the end.

Add raspberries and a pinch of cardamom. Macerate all the ingredients in the glass.

Add the passion fruit pulp and gin.

Ad some ice cubes. Fill with tonic water. Stir and enjoy.
