Ingredients

  • 4 kiwis
  • ½ sugar-free natural yogurt
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 4 spinach leaves
  • Sliced almonds
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Preparation

Put the kiwis, natural yogurt and banana in a blender, ideally a high-speed one, and blend. If necessary, you can add a bit of filtered water for it to blend better, taking care not to make it too liquid.

Once all the ingredients are incorporated, add the spinach and keep blending until smooth.

Serve in a soup plate and add almonds, blueberries and chia seeds over the smoothie.
