  • 14 oz physalis + 4 for decoration
  • 2 limes
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 cups pisco
  • ½ cup gomme syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Ice cubes

4 glasses


Squeeze the two lemons and put the juice in a blender with the physalis and powdered sugar. Blend well and strain.

Then, in the same blender, add the pisco, gomme syrup, and egg white, and beat until smooth.

Add ice cubes and grind to make a frappe.

Serve immediately and decorate the cup with a physalis fruit.
