Ingredients

(1 large glass)

  • 1 large banana or 2 small ones, peeled, chopped and frozen
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 handful of coriander
  • Juice of 1 or 2 oranges (around ½ cup)

*You can add purified water or more orange juice to make it more liquid and less thick.

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a blender, ideally a high speed one, to achieve a really creamy and smooth consistency.

If the mixture is too thick, add up to 1 additional cup of water.

Drink it and say goodbye to heavy metals!
