Ingredients

(5 units)

  • 3 cups plant-based milk, ideally almond, oatmeal or coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp honey, agave syrup or whole cane sugar
  • 2 tsp agar agar powder
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Vanilla extract
  • 7 to 10 ripe strawberries

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together in a blender.

Pour into a pot and heat while stirring constantly until it boils, ideally with a whisk. 3. Lower the heat and wait for a few minutes, continue to stir.

Remove from the heat and pour into silicone molds or glass cups. Once it reaches room temperature, put in the fridge until obtaining the desired consistency.

Serve with jam and almonds (optional).
