Ingredients

  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 oz dehydrated raspberries
  • 5 mint leaves

6 servings, 310kcal per serving

Preparation

For the couscous, put it in a saucepan with a cup of boiling water, a tablespoon of oil, and salt. Stir carefully.

Leave the grains swell for 2 minutes, add the butter over low heat, and thresh the couscous with a fork.

Then add the avocado, tomato, diced cucumber, dehydrated raspberries, and julienned mint leaves. Season with olive oil and salt.
