  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pitted cherries
  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 1/3 cup pistachios
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices serrano ham


Open the chicken breast like a book and season. Salt and pepper to taste. Then put on plastic wrap and form a square with the two breasts.

Crush the almonds and pistachios with a mortar and mix with cherries. Put everything over the chicken: serrano ham slices, mozzarella cheese, and spread the cherries and nuts mixture over all the breast.

Roll carefully so the stuffing does not come out and close tight with the plastic wrap. This will keep the juices and flavors in.

Bake in the oven, preheated to 360°F, for 35 minutes.

Allow to cool and cut to serve.
