Ingredients

  • 2 oz blueberries
  • 2 oz rough bindweed fruit
  • 10.5 oz dried seaweed
  • 2.2 lb clams
  • 1 scallion
  • 1 orange
  • 3 lemons
  • 1 coriander sprig
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Soak the seaweed in cold water overnight.

Chop the seaweed into small squares.

Open the clams, peel the content from the shell and set aside.

Place the clams, seaweed, scallion, minced coriander, grated ginger, orange and lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl, mix well and serve.
