Chicken and cherries green salad

  • 1 hydroponic lettuce
  • 1/3 cup cherries, pitted
  • 1/2 chicken breast, boneless
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil


  • 1/2 natural yogurt
  • 1 dash olive oil
  • 1/3 apple cider vinegar
  • 2 oz blue cheese
  • Salt and pepper


Season the chicken breast and put in a preheated pan with sesame oil. Flip once the chicken breast releases its juice.

Remove from the pan and chop the chicken into thick strips.

Wash and dry the lettuce and cut the cherries in halves.

For the seasoning:
Microwave the blue cheese for 20 seconds and add the other ingredients. Mix very well without leaving any chunks of cheese.

Make a base of lettuce leaves in a plate and place the chicken and cherries on top.

Add the dressing to the salad.
