  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 oz melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 oz pomegranate
  • 7 oz raspberries
  • 4 squares of chocolate


First, mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add the liquid ingredients and stir until obtaining a smooth mixture.

Then pour the mixture into 2 cups up to about half, then add 2 squares of chocolate and 2 raspberries to the middle of the mixture.

Microwave for two minutes. It is very important to put the cups in the microwave separately, so they cook evenly.

Once the 2 minutes are over, touch the surface of the mixture and if it has a spongy consistency, take it out, otherwise try cooking it for 10 more seconds.

Once done, put in a cup and add pomegranate and raspberry.

Allow to cool and serve.
