Chia seed and cherry pudding

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 cup cherries


Make a lengthwise cut on the vanilla pod, open it, remove the seeds with a pointed knife and mix with almond milk.

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, except for the cherries. Mix well so the ingredients are well integrated. Allow to rest for at least 4 hours.

After that time, divide half of the seeds set aside in 3 cups, then add half of the pitted cherries, add the remaining seeds mixture and finish adding the cherries.
