Ingredients

(2 glasses)

  • 1 cup pineapple, peeled, chopped and frozen
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 handful basil leaves
  • ½ cucumber, peeled
  • ½ cup purified water

This delicious smoothie is full of nutrients and detox power. The cucumber and pineapple combination is excellent to clean the intestines, and blueberries are excellent to fight free radicals. The basil leaves provide nutrients, fiber and additional benefits!

Preparation

Ideally use a high-speed blender to mix all the ingredients and reach the ideal consistency.

Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend well. If you like it very cold, you can previously freeze the blueberries or add ice and/or chill the cup of water.
