Raspberry Camembert

  • 1 package Camembert cheese
  • Honey
  • Fresh Hortifrut raspberries
  • 2 lavender sprigs
  • Seeded whole-grain toasts
  • Cress or arugula (depending on each person’s taste)


Rinse the arugula and dry it with a cloth or paper towel.

Rinse the raspberries too and leave them in a strainer to drain all the water.

If you have whole-grain cookies, add them directly from the bag, and if you have sliced bread, toast it until crunchy, and then cut it into 3 portions.

Meanwhile, microwave the cheese for 30 seconds, take it out carefully, as it will be hot, and drizzle some honey, the amount depending on each person’s taste.

Then decorate with arugula, raspberries, and toasts.
